I found that most virtual tours were nothing more than a still photo that panned across from left to right and were not true virtual tours. My mission was to create “real” virtual tours and when possible and point out as many flaws or issues with HUD homes that I could. I am NOT a licensed property inspector, but I try to show you the things that may be a concern when buying a HUD home I film.. Some of the homes on this website may be Active, Pending or have Closed, so if you see a home that you are interested in, please call me ASAP so that I can tell you it’s current status. I try to remove the homes that have closed as soon as I find out that they have sold, but I am only human and may be a little late getting to some. Also, Pending properties do have a tendency of coming back on the market so please reach out to me if you see something you like.”

Jonathan “The HUD King” de la Garza is a licensed Texas real estate broker and Realtor® with a focus on selling HUD Homes and other Texas foreclosures.
