I’ll keep my eyes open for a condo for you, but sadly not many of them come up for sale. Are you planning on using your VA eligibility to buys a HUD Home? There might be a challenge doing that because the VA has requirements on the condition of the home they will finance, and if it needs repairs (like most HUD homes do) then the VA won’t finance it. Let me know if you’re already approved for a loan and I will keep my eyes open for a condo for you. There may be other foreclosed condos out there that aren’t HUD Homes too, and I have access to those.
