  1. Love this house we are planning on move to Texas and found Katy a wonderful area if you have any other spots in this are would be great and how does the $100 program work

    • Hi Daniel,
      Houston has many wonderful areas, Katy being one of them. Pearland is great as well. I would recommend finding a home that has an easy commute to work though, since traffic here can be challenging.
      Regarding the $100 down payment program, lenders typically want the buyers to have credit scores around 640+. Buyers also need to use an FHA loan to buy the home and live in it for at least 12 months. Theres also repair money and closing cost assistance as an option as well. Please let me know when you think you might be moving to the Houston area and I can help you find a home.

      • Thanks my credit at moment is 580 I think but working on fixing that but want out of indiana in a year I will look into Pearland but Katy I think is our number 1 any help would be appreciated or advice and how to move forward
