|The following is a pre-qualification application. Each person who is 18 years or older who will occupy the home is required to be listed as an applicant and as a tenant on the lease for the home.There is no application fee for the pre-qualification application.
Applicants and prospective occupants (including children) must have no criminal history that includes having been convicted, plead no contest to, received deferred adjudication for (including adjudication by the relevant state juvenile justice department) or received probation for:
• A Violent Felony;
• A Serious Drug Offense
• A Crime of Violence
• Any offense (felony or misdemeanor) involving the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against a person or property of another, including without limitation, assault, battery, family or domestic violence or any sex related crime.
Note: An applicant’s criminal history record information, including without limitation, arrest, charges, or incarceration for offenses will be reviewed as part of the application process and must meet investors screening criteria.
If your pre-qualification application is accepted, you will be required to complete a full application for an investigative consumer credit report and background check. The application fee for the full application is $75 per household (i.e., if there is more than one applicant for a household, the total application fee is still $75).

Have you or any member of your household ever been convicted for offenses against persons or animals?
Are you or any member of your household a registered sex offender or sexual predator or otherwise subject to reporting requirements your state of residence’s Sexual Offender Registration Act or similar law in another jurisdiction?
Have you or any member of your household ever been evicted or do you have any outstanding apartment collections?
Do you or any member of your household have a Rottweiler, Mastiff, Pit-bull, or Doberman?
Are you or any member of your household currently in default under a lease agreement?
Have you or any member of your household ever been reported for damaging property in the last 5 years?
